Shipping and Delivery Policy

Free Shipping within the United States:

We are pleased to offer free shipping within the United States for all items except for our larger charcuterie boards and other large items, where customers will be required to pay a shipping charge. The applicable shipping charges on such products will be clearly indicated in the product’s page as: “This item is not elegible for free shipping.” and during the checkout process.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Carriers and Tracking Numbers:

For our shipping services, we primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). Once your order is processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will enable you to monitor the status of your package until it reaches your doorstep.

International Shipping:

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are limited to addresses within the United States only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, except for large or fragile items, which may take longer due to special packaging requirements, and during holiday season.  

Delivery Time:

The delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Most standard orders arrive within 5-8 business days after the shipping date. For same-day free deliveries, your order will be delivered within 24 hours after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Packaging and Handling:

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. We utilize protective materials to secure fragile items and minimize the risk of damage during transit.
